Weekend Timings & Topics
Friday 5.30-8.30pm - Sacred Geometry Study & Physical Practice. This will be a game changer forbyour classes!
Saturday 6.30am-9.15am / 11-1.30pm / 2.30-5.30pm - Mantra, Meditation, Asana, Chakra Psychology and how we break free of old patterns, Yin Yoga to untegrate.
Sunday 6.30am - 1.30pm Mantra, Meditation, Asana, Bhakti, & Paths of Yoga - a dive into how we can more deeply relate to yoga in a modern world.
Raymond Island is approximately 3.5hr drive from Melbourne, and a short ferry ride from Paynesville. (The ferry takes approximately 25 cars at a time, and the trip itself takes about 3 minutes! This is a non-residential program, so you can choose from the variety of Raymond Island holiday accommodation available. Airbnb-style accommodation is the most common, enabling for a self contained experience, as there are no shops on Raymond Island! (Except our weekend coffee van!).
For our weekend together, I recommend booking self-contained accommodation on Raymond Island (as opposed to being in Paynesville or anywhere on the mainland so you do not have to worry about the ferry timetable!)
There are many reasonably priced holiday rentals on the island, that will allow for multiple-share accommodation. There is also a spiritual centre called ’The Abbey’, which rents out inexpensive hotel style rooms. AirBnB, Gippsland Lakes Escapes, and The Abbey are the best places to start your search!
